The Birmingham SharePoint Saturday was awesome! I was given the opportunity to offer a presentation on branding SharePoint 2007. The event was well organized and Terry Webster did an amazing job of organizing a wonderful day. I was also able to sit in on a couple of the other presentations and learned quite a bit about the new features on the way with SharePoint 2010. You can tell if a website RSS enabled by looking for the little RSS icon . RSS is a great way to draw more attention and exposure to your Website. Simply put, RSS makes the information you most want your audience to see, more accessible. Most of the work load of RSS is carried by programs called aggregators, these programs are RSS-aware and check for the latest feed changes in which the user has subscribed to.
